Quality assurement

We have a research division and laboratories that are responsible for implementing rigorous control and certification protocols for the cocoa that we use to transform it into the final product with the specifications required by our customers.
Each raw cocoa bean is analyzed, subjecting it to microbiological tests, to measure its pH levels, fat content and moisture. This is how we determine which product is ready to be packed and shipped.
