Ecuakao will be managed by a Board of Directors chaired by Goddard’s Chief Executive Officer, Anthony Ali, and which includes Charles Herbert, Natasha Small, William Putman, and Timothy Johnson.
Timothy Johnson has also been appointed Managing Director of Ecuakao and, as such, will be responsible for all operations of the new company under the oversight of the Board. Günter Starkert has been appointed Deputy General Manager of Ecuakao Processing and will be responsible for daily operations at the Guayaquil facility.
